Can i track my order?

Absolutely. We’ll send you updates from the time your order is placed, right through to when your order has been collected and is on its way. For those of you wanting up to the minute updates, we provide real time driver tracking so you can follow your order and find out where it’s currently located.

On the off chance we’re running late, we’ll contact you and let you know your revised delivery time.

Who can receive my order?

Your order can only be delivered to the recipient’s name as shown on the order and our drivers will check for the recipients ID upon delivery.

Can my order be left unattended?

Someone over 18 years with valid photo ID must be available to sign for your order. We do not delivery to post office boxes and can not leave any order unattended.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

In the event that your order is damaged, give our Customer Service team a call and they will assist you in replacing your order.

How much does it cost?

Delivery is free when you spend over $100. For orders under $100, there is a flat $10 fee to use our delivery service, with a minimum spend of $20 to qualify. As we use locally sourced drivers with limited carrying capacity, there is a limit of 10 boxes per order for delivery.

When can I get my order delivered?

That’s easy, you tell us! If you are in a hurry we will let you know the estimated delivery time in your area or you can schedule your order to be delivered up to 7 days in advance
